"Wings of Time" begins with the snare as its central focus, radiating outward as Todd Sucherman’s arms extend toward the cymbals, creating two dynamic, contrasting forms in blue and red. These sweeping shapes capture the motion and rhythm of his performance. At the heart of the canvas, a ghostly image of Sucherman himself emerges—an ethereal presence frozen in the act of creation, offering a haunting glimpse into the moment the piece was born.

"Wings of Time came from a particular symmetrical motion while playing rapid notes on the snare drum leading to accents on the cymbals at each side of the kit. Keeping the right arm and left arm on their respective sides of the drum set created a set of wings caught frozen in time—captured in two colors that seems like fire and ice." - Todd Sucherman
