How do I return an item?

If the canvas that you order from the Legacy of Ten collection is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at 562.308.8595

If you have have received the wrong number within the collection of 100 canvases available, you will promptly be shipped the correct canvas with your reserved number. We can replace the canvas only if it is damaged on arrival. Damage in shipping and/or customer receiving the wrong canvas number in the series are the only acceptable means by which replacement is allowed by the Legacy of Ten.

You MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. When a credit card refund is requested prior to your art shipping, it will be subject to a 6.5% fee to cover merchant fees.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Please be sure all of the items are returned in the condition that you received them in.
